It's not much of a surprise to see Wednesday on Tuesday, but it can make focusing on Wordle a little harder than usual without the burst of energy that comes with the start of the week, or the sweet feeling that the weekend is only a few hours away. has been removed. Every day, Wordle presents you with six rows of five squares, and it's up to you to figure out which secret five-letter word is hidden inside.
you will want start with a strong word (opens in new tab) like ALERT - something with multiple vowels, common consonants and no repeated letters. Press Enter and the boxes will show which letters you got right or wrong. If a box turns ⬛️, it means that the letter is not in the secret word at all. 🟨 means that the letter is in the word, but not in that position. 🟩 means you have the right letter in the right place.
You'll want your second attempt to compliment the first, using a different "good" word to cover all the common letters you missed last time, while also trying to avoid any letter you now know isn't there. is in today's answer.
After that, it's just a matter of using what you've learned to narrow down your guesses to the correct word. You have a total of six attempts and can only use real words (so don't fill the boxes with EEEE to see if there is an E). Remember that letters can also be repeated (eg BOOKS).
